1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders may occasionally require additional handling time during high demand periods.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union member countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship to that destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete.

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • European Union: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we work with reliable international shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • External carrier delays

In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist customers in working with the shipping provider to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once provided.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For United Kingdom orders, no additional customs charges apply.

For European Union orders:

Any applicable import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, but we will provide reasonable assistance where required.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We may not be able to guarantee replacement or refund.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • Orders returned due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.

Please contact us immediately at support@zentronstore.com if you notice an address error after placing your order.

8. Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from dispatch, please contact us.

We will:

  • Investigate the shipment with the carrier
  • Review tracking status
  • Provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy

Resolutions may include replacement, reshipment, or refund where appropriate.

9. Multiple Shipments

As we work with international suppliers, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

10. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel from the carrier:

  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Signature Requirement (If Applicable)

Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

If a signature is required and the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point.

Customers are responsible for arranging re-delivery or collection where applicable.

12. PO Box Addresses

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Customers must provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Orders placed with a PO Box address may be cancelled or delayed.
