1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns must not be sent to our registered office address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide clear photographs.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must:

We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is required to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the standard return procedure will apply.
